PAYMENT METHODS AND DELIVERY

PAYMENT BY CARD

The buyer settles the payment with a credit or debit card.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

The buyer can pay for the products after picking up the delivery service courier. The buyer has an additional commission fee of € 2.

For Slovenia:

You pay the redemption fee for the parcel to the GLS courier upon delivery in cash or by credit/debit card. Whendelivering to Paketomat, payment is possible only by card. If you pay for goods by card, you will be charged an additionalbank fee of 1.2% of the purchase amount, for which GLS will issue an invoice.

For Croatia:

You pay the redemption fee for the parcel to the courier upon delivery in cash or by credit/debit card. When delivering to Paketomat, payment is possible only by card. If you pay for goods by card, you will be charged anadditional bank fee of 1.6% of the purchase amount, for which Hrvatska pošta will issue an invoice.

 

ISSUANCE OF INVOICE

The bidder issues an invoice to the buyer with a breakdown of costs. You will receive an invoice for the services provided to your e-mail address, which you will entrust to us when placing your order. If you would like to receive it in physical form, please let us know at info@munxi.si

 

DELIVERY

For goods in stock, the delivery time is 2-7 working days. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

The cost of postage is € 4.90 for the territory of Slovenia (GLS)

The cost of postage is € 5.90 for the territory of Croatia (Hrvatska pošta)

The cost of postage is € 10.50 for the territory of Austria / Germany (GLS / DHL)
